• Trunk Hunting Charge for Multi-Line Service: $4.25/line/mo.

The above charges are subject to federal interstate access charges; federal and state universal service charges; DHS and Commission assessment fees; and local, state, and federal taxes.



Basic Custom Calling Features

Adding any of these features will resut in a $10.00 feature activation fee.

• CALL FORWARD – Call Forwarding sends all your calls to another number. Your calls follow you when you can’t be at home. $2.00/month

· CALL FORWARD ON BUSY – Calls can be forwarded to another number when you’re on another call. $2.00/month

· CALL FORWARD/DON'T ANSWER – Calls can be forwarded if you are away or simply don't answer the phone. $2.00/month

· CALL WAITING – Call Waiting alerts you with a special tone so you know there is an incoming call while you are already on another call. You can put the first caller on hold and answer the call. $2.00/month

· THREE-WAY CALLING – Three-Way Calling connects you with two people in two different locations at the same time. Or, you can put one person on hold while talking to another. $2.00/month

· SPEED CALLING Speed calling dials local or long distance numbers with just one or two buttons. It provides quick calling at your fingertips. $2.00/month

· TEEN SERVICE – Teen Line lets you know which number is being called just by the ring. $4.00/month

· WARM LINE Now there's a way to ensure the safety of your loved ones in emergency situations. When injury or panic makes it difficult to dial an emergency number, Warm Line makes sure that they - your children, parents, or a sick relative - easily reach someone who can help. Just 30 seconds after taking the phone off the hook, a pre-designated number is automatically dialed. For regular calls, you just pick up the phone and dial any telephone number within 30 seconds. $2.00/month

· RING AGAIN Now when you're tired of constantly dialing numbers that stay busy, you can let Ring Again do the work for you. With this feature, your phone can monitor a busy line for up to 30 minutes and alert you with a distinctive ring the moment the line is free. You can even place or answer calls while the busy line is being monitored. $2.00/month

· CALL TRANSFER
Now with Call Transfer, you can transfer a call to another person or add a third party to an existing conversation. $2.00/month

CLASS Calling Features

Adding any of these features will result in a $10.00 feature activation fee.

· CALLER ID – Caller ID allows the number of an incoming call to be displayed and allows you to screen your calls. The numbers of your incoming calls are stored and, depending on your equipment, the date and time of the call is stored as well. You can identify calls who hang up on your answering machine without leaving a message. Special equipment is required to display the features of Caller ID. You may purchase the equipment from us or from a local retailer in your area. $4.00/month


· CALLER ID WITH NAME - Same features as above with the name of the caller added. $6.00/month

· CALLER ID BLOCKING [*67] - Caller ID Blocking prevents your phone number from being displayed to the person you are calling. The number is replaced by a "P" or "Private" on the called party's display unit. No Charge

· AUTOMATIC RECALL [*69] - Automatic Recall will redial your last caller, whether you answered the call or not. $3.00/month

· AUTOMATIC CALLBACK [*66] - Automatic Callback keeps redialing busy numbers and will alert you when the line is free. $3.00/month

· SELECTIVE CALL FORWARDING [*63] - Selective Call Forwarding forwards calls from up to 30 numbers that you select. You can forward your calls to a local or long-distance number. $3.00/month

· SELECTIVE CALL ACCEPTANCE [*64] - Selective Call Acceptance accepts calls from up to 30 specific numbers. Calls from numbers not on your list hear a recorded message saying you are not accepting calls. $3.00/month

· SELECTIVE CALL REJECTION [*60] - Selective Call Rejection rejects calls from up to 30 specific numbers. The last number that called you (a private entry) can be put on your list to prevent that number from reaching you again. Calls from numbers on your list hear a recorded message saying you are not accepting calls. Your phone doesn’t even ring. $3.00/month

· DISTINCTIVE RINGING/CALL WAITING [*61] - Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting identifies important callers (or those you want to screen) with a distinctive ring or tone. When you receive calls from one of up to 30 selected numbers, your phone will signal you with two short rings. $3.00/month

· CUSTOMER-ORIGINATED TRACE [*57] - Customer-Originated Trace initiates a trace of the last call you received. The number from which threatening or obscene calls are made will be provided to the authorities if you wish to file a complaint. $3.00/month & $5.00 per successful trace

· ANONYMOUS CALL REJECTION [*77] - Anonymous Call Rejection allows you to block any incoming calls when the calling party has blocked their number from being sent out. $3.00/month

· CALLER ID ON CALL WAITING – Similar to Caller ID except this feature allows you to see who is calling while you are on a call. Special equipment is required to display the number. $3.00/month

Voice Mail

Whether you’re on the phone or away from the house, you’ll never miss a call again!

When you’re unable to answer an incoming phone call, voice mail picks up and records your caller’s message. Voice mail is secure, requires no extra equipment, and you can retrieve your messages by calling an access number from any touch-tone phone. Voice mail costs just pennies a day and even works when the electricity goes out. You can’t afford to live without it!


Basic Voice Mail - $3.95/month

Basic Voice Mail Includes:
• Incoming messages can be up to thirty seconds in length.
• Ten messages can be stored at one time.
• Unplayed messages can be stored for up to one week.
• Saved messages can be stored for one week before they are automatically deleted.
• Includes "message waiting" signal on your telephone.


Deluxe Voice Mail - $5.95/month

Deluxe Voice Mail Includes:
• Incoming messages can be up to sixty seconds in length.
• Twenty messages can be stored at one time.
• Unplayed messages can be stored for up to two weeks.

Saved messages can be stored for two weeks before they are automatically deleted.
Includes "message waiting" signal on your telephone.
Includes up to four individual mailboxes for family members.
Includes message notification to your pager or cell phone.

You will eliminate wasted paper messages and damaged answering machine tapes with voice mail.


Voice Mail User Guides

COTC Connections Maintenance Plan

For a small monthly fee, this plan allows COTC Connections to repair or replace any non-working wiring or jacks at no additional charge, provided the wiring and the jacks were up to company standards when you requested the plan. The plan also provides for a loaner phone in the event that your phone is not working. This phone is provided without cost for 45 days. At that time, if the phone has not been returned to us, either by mail or in person, your account will be charged with the current cost of the phone. Billing for the maintenance plan is in advance upon our receipt of a signed maintenance plan card.

The Customer Maintenance Plan Cost is $2.00/month for residential accounts and $2.50/month for business accounts.
